Greg is originally from Illinois but made his way out to Phoenix in 2011 to attend PT school at Midwestern University in Glendale. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelors in Marketing and minor in Supply Chain Management and went to work in sales and logistics for a company in Cincinnati, OH. After working for about 4 years in this industry, he realized this was not his calling. After going through his own round of physical therapy following shoulder surgery, he developed a drive to help others as he was helped and returned to school to study physical therapy. In 2009, he returned to school at the University of Cincinnati taking physical therapy prerequisite classes and was accepted into school in 2011. During his time at Midwestern, he had exposure to several Physical therapists that became mentors to him and steered him down the path of becoming a manual therapist. Manual therapy holds a special place for Greg as it is a way to directly help patients achieve their goals by correcting movements, guiding patients, and really allowing him to have the greatest impact he could have for his patients.

After graduating, he moved to Dallas, TX to open two clinics with Ideal Physical Therapy where he was part of a dynamic team that helped his clinic grow the fastest out of the original five clinics in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In 2016, he moved back to the valley of the sun but not before meeting his future wife in Texas. Once back in Arizona he stayed with Ideal Physical Therapy/ATI for a few more months prior to joining Barrow Brain and Spine in 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to manage the Barrow Brain and Spine Ahwatukee outpatient clinic where he guided the PT program through the recent acquisition and grew the clinic from two therapists to four in a few short years.

Throughout this entire time, he has dedicated himself to gaining as much knowledge and practice as possible in physical therapy taking approximately six continuing education classes per year with companies such as The Institute of Physical Art, Barral Institute, Titleist Performance Institute, Spinal Manipulation Institute, and several others. In 2018, he graduated from the Institute of Physical Art’s certification program with honors becoming a proud Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT). He is also certified to perform dry needling, has a nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition, and certified through multiple levels of the Titleist Performance Institute.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his growing family. He and his wife Heather have welcomed their first child, Harper, into the world in late July 2020, have added their second, Cooper, in April 2022 and also have a miniature Australian Shepherd named Oliver. He also enjoys being active and outside playing golf, basketball, hiking, weight training, and playing guitar. Physical therapy has been a great passion in Greg’s life and he looks forward to serving you and your needs to help you achieve your potential.

Heather first became interested in becoming a healthcare provider after undergoing multiple medical procedures in high school and experiencing first-hand what an impact it made working with healthcare workers who treated it as a job versus those who had a passion to really help their patients. Since then, Heather was driven to become a lifelong learner and dedicated to providing exceptional care that meets her client’s individual needs. She takes a whole body approach to provide answers and care to every client no matter how complicated their dysfunction is and wants all of her clients to live their most optimal life.

Heather grew up in Colleyville, Texas and attended The University of Texas at Arlington where she graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in May 2013. She then attended UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where she graduated with honors with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Throughout PT school Heather worked as a contract Athletic trainer providing medical coverage for various athletes and sports throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Following PT school, Heather began her career in an Orthopedic/Sports Medicine private practice called Ideal Physical Therapy/ATI. This is where she first met her husband Greg who persuaded her to move to Arizona. After two years with Ideal/ATI, Heather began working at Barrow Brain and Spine in 2017. Over the next 5 years she gained experience working primarily with patients with spine disorders, neurosurgical patients, and patients with chronic pain.

After having her daughter Harper in July 2020, Heather became aware of lack of prenatal and postpartum care and the effect it had on her own body. This began a passion to pursue training in pelvic health physical therapy that grew even further after having her son in April 2022. So much attention is given to making sure the baby is well looked after that the mom is often overlooked. Heather wants to change that and ensure that moms are able to enjoy every moment with their baby without being burdened by pain and injury.

Heather has additional training in Trigger point Dry Needling from Spinal Manipulative Institute and Evidence in Motion, Visceral and Neural manipulation from The Barral Institute, Functional Manual Therapy from the Institute of Physical Art, Pelvic Health via Herman and Wallace, as well as various other institutes as Heather enjoys attending at least 4 continuing education courses per year. Heather also has her nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition and developed a passion about learning the benefits of healing through nutrition and lifestyle change as this has made a significant impact in her health over the last few years.

Heather looks forward to working with you to fill in the missing pieces to your health and recovery so you can reach your untapped potential.
